1) We will not be held responsible for lost/damaged mailed-out   items should you not opt for registered mail.
2) We do not do reservations of items. First come, first serve.
3) Prices are non negotiable
4) NO meet ups. NO refund and exchange for goods that are sold.
5) Comments will only be replied thru email.

Ordering info :

1) Please email your order to vansophy-order@hotmail.com
2) Once confirmation email / invoice was sent , Please make  payment within 24 hours and email us the payment details in the given format stated in the invoice sent.
3) Payment which is not made within the grace period, we will give the item to the next interested buyer in waiting list.
4) Vansophy will go to the postoffice every Mon and Wed.




TO PAY

Once we've corresponded and agreed on payment, you can pay through
1) POSB Funds Transfer : 046-29242-1
Upon receiving your payment, we will send your items out ASAP :)

DELIVERY

1) Postage prices will vary (depending on the weight). Normal charges will be $1.50 per item, $2 for two items and so forth.
2) Registered mail is always encouraged (it only cost $2.25 more on top of normal postage).
